Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by preparing your ingredients for the Chicken Zucchini Stir Fry. Slice the chicken breast into thin strips and cut the zucchini into half-moons. Mince the garlic and mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, and sesame oil in a bowl.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced chicken, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook for about 5-6 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove the chicken and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of oil. Add the zucchini and optional red bell pepper, sautéing for about 3-4 minutes until tender but crisp. Add minced garlic and sauté for an additional 30 seconds.
  4. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet with vegetables. Pour the sauce over and toss to coat. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until heated through and the sauce thickens slightly.
  5. Remove from heat and plate immediately. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve hot over rice, noodles, or enjoy on its own.
