Step-by-Step Instructions for Chocolate Protein Brownies
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a mini muffin tin or line with silicone cups.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, Greek yogurt, almond milk, and maple syrup until smooth.
  3. Gradually add the chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, almond flour, baking powder, and salt to the wet mixture. Stir until a thick batter forms.
