  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder or fresh minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice freshly squeezed

  • 1/2 cup Chopped Dill Pickles or dill relish

  • 2 tbsp Fresh Chopped Dill (for coating) optional
  • 1 tsp Lemon Zest (for coating)

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, add the softened cream cheese and sour cream. Blend until smooth.
  2. Sprinkle in garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
  3. Fold in shredded cheddar cheese, chopped dill pickles, and fresh chopped dill gently to combine.
  4. Spoon the mixture into plastic wrap and shape into a tight ball. Chill for at least 2 hours.
  5. Prepare the coating by mixing shredded cheddar, fresh chopped dill, and lemon zest.
  6. Unwrap the cheese ball and roll it in the coating mixture, then transfer to a serving platter.
  7. Serve with crackers, vegetables, or pretzel chips.
