Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Slice 6-8 English muffins in half and toast them until golden brown. Layer half in the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  3. Distribute 8 ounces of chopped Canadian bacon or ham over the muffin layer.
  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk 8 large eggs with 2 cups of whole milk, adding salt and pepper. Pour over the layered muffins and meat.
  5. Drizzle 1 cup of hollandaise sauce over the casserole.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes until edges are golden and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Let rest for about 10 minutes, then cut into squares and serve warm, garnished with fresh herbs.
