- In a mixing bowl, whisk together 1 cup of milk, 2 tablespoons of maple syrup, and ½ cup of plain or vanilla yogurt until smooth.
- Stir in 1 cup of old-fashioned rolled oats and 2 tablespoons of chia seeds, folding gently.
- Add 1 cup of your favorite frozen fruit and fold it into the mixture.
- Transfer the mixture into airtight containers, filling each about three-quarters full. Seal and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
