Cooking Steps
  1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water for 10-12 minutes until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté the chicken in a large skillet with olive oil for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through, then set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque, then set aside with the chicken.
  4. Sauté the andouille sausage for 2 minutes, then add bell peppers, onion, and garlic, cooking for 4 minutes until tender.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted, then season with salt and pepper.
  6. Combine the chicken, shrimp, and pasta in the skillet, mixing for 1-2 minutes until heated through and well coated in sauce.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot, either plated or family-style.
