Step-by-Step Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, ensuring complete coverage for easy removal later.
- In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of creamy peanut butter and 1/4 cup of honey. Stir until smooth, about 2-3 minutes.
- Gradually add 1 cup of almond flour to the mixture, stirring until it forms a soft dough-like consistency, about 2-3 minutes.
- Take about 1 teaspoon of the mixture and place it between two pretzel twists to form a sandwich. Repeat until all mixture is used.
- Melt 1 cup of dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals, until smooth.
- Dip half of each pretzel bite in the melted chocolate and place back on the lined baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for about 1 hour, or until the chocolate completely hardens.
- Transfer to an airtight container; store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
