Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, baking powder, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt. Fold in the Greek yogurt until the mixture comes together. Knead for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Divide the dough into 8 portions, rolling each into a 6-inch oval.
  4. Place approximately 15g of pizza sauce and 20g of cheese on one half of each oval, leaving a ½-inch border.
  5. Fold the dough over the filling and press the edges together, sealing securely.
  6. Place on the baking tray and bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool for 5 minutes, then serve warm, optionally with marinara sauce for dipping.
