  • 2 cups Vegetables e.g., carrots, cucumbers, radishes, avocado, green onions
For the Garnish
  • 2 tbsp Sesame Seeds optional
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro optional, can substitute with chopped nuts

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Spicy Mayo by combining mayonnaise, sriracha, lime juice, and soy sauce in a small bowl, stirring until smooth and creamy.
  2. Heat the skillet over medium heat, adding olive oil and letting it warm for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Season and cook the shrimp in the heated skillet with soy sauce, garlic powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and red pepper flakes for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  4. Assemble the rice bowls by distributing cooked rice into serving bowls as the base.
  5. Add cooked shrimp on top of the rice, along with the choice of vibrant vegetables.
  6. Drizzle generously with the prepared spicy mayo.
  7. Garnish with sesame seeds and cilantro before serving.
