- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a 9"x6" baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a food processor, blend 450 g cooked sweet potatoes, 1-2 ripe bananas, and ½ cup plant-based milk until smooth.
- Add ground oats, coconut sugar, cocoa powder, ground hemp seeds or nuts, cinnamon, and baking powder; blend until thick and sticky.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan, spreading evenly.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes; check doneness with a toothpick.
- Allow to cool in the pan for 20-30 minutes before slicing.
