  • 2 tsp baking powder helps brownies rise

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a 9"x6" baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a food processor, blend 450 g cooked sweet potatoes, 1-2 ripe bananas, and ½ cup plant-based milk until smooth.
  3. Add ground oats, coconut sugar, cocoa powder, ground hemp seeds or nuts, cinnamon, and baking powder; blend until thick and sticky.
  4. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan, spreading evenly.
  5. Bake for 30-40 minutes; check doneness with a toothpick.
  6. Allow to cool in the pan for 20-30 minutes before slicing.
