Step-by-Step Instructions for Thai Peanut Chicken Wraps
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, sesame oil, lime juice, garlic, ginger, and honey. Set aside.
  2. Cut chicken into thin strips and marinate with soy sauce and sesame oil for 10 minutes.
  3. Wash and prepare veggies: shred lettuce, slice cabbage, and julienne carrots.
  4. Cook marinated chicken in a skillet over medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes until cooked through.
  5. Warm tortillas, spread peanut sauce, layer with veggies and chicken, then roll tightly.
  6. Cut wraps in half diagonally and serve with extra peanut sauce.
