  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil Light olive oil can alter the taste
For the Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons Green Onions Optional
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds Optional

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets and toss with cornstarch until coated.
  3. Spread the coated cauliflower on the baking sheet, drizzle with vegetable oil, and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  4. In a saucepan, combine soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil over medium heat for 5 minutes.
  5. Toss the baked cauliflower with the sauce in a bowl and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
