  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika or regular paprika
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Oregano or fresh herbs
For the Veggies
  • 2 cups Broccoli chopped into small florets
For the Sticky Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Soy Sauce gluten-free option available
  • 1/4 cup Honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp Rice Vinegar or apple cider vinegar
  • 2 cloves Garlic freshly minced
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha adjust for spice level
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil or olive oil
  • 1 tsp Ground Ginger or fresh ginger
  • 1 tbsp Arrowroot Powder or cornstarch
For the Spicy Mayo
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha adjust based on individual preference
  • 1 tbsp Water adjust for consistency

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook the rice according to package instructions, about 15 minutes, and keep warm.
  2. Chop broccoli into small florets and soak in water for a few minutes.
  3. Season sliced chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, chili powder, onion powder, and oregano.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet, cook chicken for 6-8 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  5. Add broccoli to the skillet and sauté for 4-5 minutes until tender.
  6. Whisk together sticky sauce ingredients and pour over chicken, simmering for 3-4 minutes.
  7. Combine mayonnaise, sriracha, and water for the spicy mayo.
  8. Assemble bowls with rice, chicken, broccoli, and drizzle with spicy mayo.
