Preparation Steps
- Wash the fresh strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries thoroughly.
- Slice the strawberries and thinly slice both the lemon and orange, keeping whole berries for garnish.
- In a large glass pitcher, pour in the dry rosé wine, adding the limoncello and fresh lemon juice. Stir gently until well combined.
- If using honey or simple syrup, add it slowly while stirring to ensure it dissolves completely.
- Gently fold in the sliced strawberries, lemon, orange, and whole raspberries and blueberries.
- Cover the pitcher and place it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
- Just before serving, add sparkling water or club soda to the mix, stirring gently.
- Fill glasses with ice, pour the sangria over the ice, and garnish with fresh mint leaves or extra fruit slices.
