Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the Strawberry Jell-O powder with boiling water and stir until fully dissolved. Allow to cool to room temperature.
  3. Melt unsalted butter and combine with crushed pretzels and 1/4 cup sugar. Press into a 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Bake for 10 minutes and let cool.
  4. Whip cream cheese with 1/2 cup sugar until smooth. Fold in thawed whipped topping.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled pretzel crust and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  6. Stir sliced strawberries into the cooled Jell-O mixture and pour over the cream cheese layer.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours until set, then serve chilled.
