Combine the Base Ingredients
- In a large bowl, whisk together rolled oats, chia seeds, Greek yogurt, heavy cream, milk, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
Prepare the Strawberries
- Rinse and dice fresh strawberries, setting aside a few for topping. Fold the diced strawberries into the oat mixture.
Jar Up the Mixture
- Evenly divide the creamy oats mixture into two mason jars, layering in any remaining strawberry pieces.
Refrigerate Overnight
- Seal jars with lids and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
Finish and Serve
- In the morning, remove jars from the refrigerator, stir gently, and top with reserved strawberries and additional honey or cream if desired.
