Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 275°F. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.
- Coat both sides of the ribs with a layer of yellow mustard using a pastry brush.
- Mix together all the dry rub ingredients in a bowl. Generously sprinkle the dry rub over the ribs.
- Wrap the ribs tightly in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet to bake for 2.5 hours.
- Check the internal temperature after 2.5 hours. It should be between 190°F and 200°F.
- Preheat your grill to 350°F. Unwrap the ribs and brush them with BBQ sauce. Grill for about 10 minutes.
- Allow the ribs to rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving with extra BBQ sauce.
