Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine self-raising flour and sweetened Greek yogurt. Mix until the dough starts to come together, then knead gently for 1-2 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  2. Divide the kneaded dough into small portions, weighing about 8-12g each. Roll each portion into small, smooth balls.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (180°C) for about 5 minutes and brush the basket lightly with oil.
  4. Toss the doughnut balls gently in melted butter to coat and arrange them in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each one. Air fry for 5 minutes.
  5. After air frying, brush the warm donut bites with melted butter and roll them in a mixture of sugar and cinnamon. Serve warm.
