Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Carefully separate the egg whites from the yolks, placing the whites in a large mixing bowl and the yolks in another.
  3. Add cream of tartar to the egg whites and whip using an electric mixer on medium-high speed until stiff peaks form (3-5 minutes).
  4. In the bowl with egg yolks, whisk together cottage cheese, salt, and honey until smooth.
  5. Gently fold the yolk mixture into the whipped egg whites using a spatula.
  6. Scoop dollops of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until golden and firm to the touch.
  8. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
