Baking Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Separate the egg whites into a large mixing bowl and the yolks into a separate bowl.
- Whip the egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
- Whisk together the cottage cheese, honey (if desired), and salt in the yolk bowl until smooth.
- Gently fold the yolk mixture into the whipped egg whites.
- Scoop dollops of the batter onto the lined baking sheet, leaving space between each.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and firm to the touch.
- Allow to cool on the tray for about 5 minutes before serving.
