- In a large mixing bowl, blend cream cheese with granulated sugar, flour, eggs, sour cream, heavy cream, and vanilla extract using an electric mixer until smooth.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture into a greased springform pan and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare the cake batter according to package instructions, adding cocoa powder to half the batter. Color the remaining batter red and blue.
