Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil and add a pinch of salt. Add the tricolor rotini and cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 7–9 minutes. Once cooked, drain and rinse the pasta under cold water.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together your choice of ranch dressing ingredients until smooth. Cover and refrigerate for about 10 minutes.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled tricolor rotini with chopped broccoli, diced cucumber, halved cherry tomatoes, and grated Parmesan cheese. Toss gently to combine.
  4. Remove the chilled ranch dressing from the refrigerator and pour it over the pasta mixture. Stir gently until fully coated.
  5. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours to enhance flavors.
