- Begin by mixing equal parts granulated sugar and kosher salt on a small plate. Rim your cocktail glasses with fresh lime juice and dip into the sugar-salt mixture to coat.
- In a high-powered blender, combine silver tequila, Cointreau, fresh lime juice, cranberry juice, cranberries, honey or agave nectar, and ice. Blend on high speed until smooth and slushy, about 30 to 40 seconds.
- Add the zest from one orange to the blender. Pulse 1 to 2 times to incorporate the zest without over-blending.
- Carefully pour the blended margarita into prepared glasses. Garnish each drink with a rosemary sprig and a few sugared cranberries. Serve immediately while frosty.
