- In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt with 1/2 cup of peanut butter using a spatula or a hand mixer until smooth and creamy.
- Optionally, add in 2 tablespoons of honey and 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder, stirring well until fully combined.
- Spoon the mixture into ice cube trays or silicone molds, filling each cavity to the top and smoothing the surface.
- Place the filled trays into the freezer for at least 4 hours, or until completely solid.
- Melt 1 cup of chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, dip each frozen bite into the melted chocolate, and allow excess to drip off.
- Arrange dipped bites on a parchment-lined sheet and freeze for another 30 minutes before transferring to an airtight container.
