Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt with 1/2 cup of peanut butter using a spatula or a hand mixer until smooth and creamy.
  2. Optionally, add in 2 tablespoons of honey and 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder, stirring well until fully combined.
  3. Spoon the mixture into ice cube trays or silicone molds, filling each cavity to the top and smoothing the surface.
  4. Place the filled trays into the freezer for at least 4 hours, or until completely solid.
  5. Melt 1 cup of chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, dip each frozen bite into the melted chocolate, and allow excess to drip off.
  6. Arrange dipped bites on a parchment-lined sheet and freeze for another 30 minutes before transferring to an airtight container.
