Preparation
- Start by prepping a 9x9-inch baking dish lined with parchment paper for easy removal later.
- In a large pot, combine the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, unsalted butter, and salt. Place over low heat and stir constantly for about 5-7 minutes until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and cotton candy flavoring syrup until fully incorporated.
- Divide the mixture into two bowls. Add blue gel food coloring to one and pink gel food coloring to the other. Mix until vibrant colors are achieved.
- Spoon dollops of blue and pink mixtures into the prepared baking dish and swirl gently with a knife to create a marbled effect.
- Allow to cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
- Once set, use the parchment paper to lift the fudge out and cut into squares.
