Preparation
  1. Start by prepping a 9x9-inch baking dish lined with parchment paper for easy removal later.
  2. In a large pot, combine the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, unsalted butter, and salt. Place over low heat and stir constantly for about 5-7 minutes until melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and cotton candy flavoring syrup until fully incorporated.
  4. Divide the mixture into two bowls. Add blue gel food coloring to one and pink gel food coloring to the other. Mix until vibrant colors are achieved.
  5. Spoon dollops of blue and pink mixtures into the prepared baking dish and swirl gently with a knife to create a marbled effect.
  6. Allow to cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
  7. Once set, use the parchment paper to lift the fudge out and cut into squares.
