  • 1/4 cup Whole Milk Keeps the meatloaves moist.
  • 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil Drizzled on top for flavor.
  • 1/2 cup Grated Mozzarella Cheese (optional) Adds a creamy layer on top.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, minced garlic, and the beaten egg. Add dried oregano, sea salt, and black pepper. Mix gently but thoroughly until combined.
  3. Pour in the whole milk and gently fold the mixture until the milk is fully integrated.
  4. Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape into compact mini loaves. Place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Drizzle extra virgin olive oil over each mini loaf. Optionally, sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F).
  7. Remove from the oven and let rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
