Step 2: Rest the Mixture
  1. Cover your bowl with plastic wrap or a lid, and place it in the refrigerator for 5 to 10 minutes to allow the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and start thickening the pudding.
Step 3: Chill for Perfect Texture
  1. After stirring, leave the Gingerbread Chia Pudding in the refrigerator for a minimum of 3 to 4 hours or ideally overnight.
Step 4: Final Stir and Serve
