Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Combine molasses, light brown sugar, water, and the spices in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add the raw pecans and toss them to coat.
  4. Spread the coated pecans in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes.
  6. Allow to cool completely on the baking sheet.
  7. Transfer to an airtight container or serve immediately.
