Step-by-Step Instructions for Grilled Ribs BBQ
- Remove the pork ribs from the refrigerator about 30 to 60 minutes prior to grilling.
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine the brown sugar, salt, smoked paprika, garlic powder, pepper, and dry mustard. Stir well.
- Drizzle olive oil over the ribs and rub the spice mixture all over them.
- Set your grill to medium heat and preheat it to 350°F.
- Place the seasoned ribs bone-side down on the grill and cook for about 35 to 45 minutes.
- After the initial grilling, flip the ribs to meat side down and cook for an additional 15 minutes, brushing BBQ sauce in the last few minutes.
- Use a meat thermometer to ensure the ribs have reached an internal temperature of 203°F to 205°F.
- Let the ribs rest for a few minutes, slice, and serve.

Ensure you remove the membrane from the back of the ribs for improved flavor absorption. Experiment with different BBQ sauces for varied flavors.
