  • 1 cup frozen corn thawed
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped or green onions
  • 1 medium jalapeño, diced deseed for less spice
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped or parsley
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice fresh is best
For the Creamy Sauce
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup sour cream or extra mayonnaise/yogurt
  • 1 clove garlic, minced fresh is best
For Garnishing
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds optional
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, sliced optional

Preparation Steps
  1. Prep Shrimp: Mix shrimp with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
