Step-by-Step Instructions for Grinder Grilled Cheese Sandwich
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, Parmesan cheese, and garlic powder. Blend until creamy and smooth.
  2. Take one slice of bread and place it buttered-side down. On the unbuttered side, layer assorted cheese followed by turkey and more cheese, then cap with another slice of bread, buttered side out.
  3. Preheat a skillet over low heat, then place the sandwich in and cook for 5-6 minutes until golden brown. Flip and cook another 5-6 minutes until cheese is bubbling.
  4. In a medium bowl, mix the mayonnaise, red grape juice vinegar, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning until smooth.
