- Carefully slice each hinged hoagie roll lengthwise without cutting all the way through.
- Layer deli ham, salami, roast beef (or cooked ground beef), and pepperoni inside each hoagie roll.
- Top each meat-filled roll with two slices of provolone or mozzarella cheese.
- Arrange the assembled sandwiches on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between them.
