Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by cutting a ripe, seedless watermelon into cubes, roughly 1-inch in size. Place the cubes into a blender and blend until completely smooth, about 1-2 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine your watermelon puree with granulated sugar and fresh lime juice. Stir well until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the watermelon mixture onto the parchment and spread it evenly to a thickness of about 1/8 inch.
  4. Preheat your oven to a low setting, around 170°F (75°C). Place the baking sheet in the oven and let the mixture dry for 2 to 3 hours.
  5. Once dried to your liking, remove the baking sheet from the oven and let it cool completely. Cut the dried fruit sheet into strips and roll them up.
