  • 1 medium Avocado ripe and mashed
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard can substitute with yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Honey for sweetness
  • 4 slices Deli Turkey or substitute with chicken or tofu
  • 1 handful Salt & Vinegar Potato Chips for crunch
  • 1 medium Heirloom Tomato sliced
  • 1 handful Microgreens or Lettuce for freshness

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by slicing a ripe avocado in half and removing the pit. Scoop the flesh into a bowl and mash it until creamy, adding a pinch of salt. Spread the mashed avocado on one slice of sourdough bread.
  2. On a second slice of bread, spread a thin layer of Dijon mustard and drizzle honey on top.
  3. Layer slices of deli turkey on top of the avocado. Add a handful of salt & vinegar potato chips.
  4. Slice fresh heirloom tomatoes and layer over the turkey. Top with microgreens or lettuce.
  5. Place the slice with mustard and honey on top. Press down gently and slice in half to serve.
