Preparation Steps

  3. Spread a layer of tomato sauce over the dough, leaving a ½-inch border.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly across the sauce, then add pepperoni slices on top.
  5. Dollop ricotta cheese generously around the pizza without spreading it too much.
  6. Transfer the pizza to the preheated stone or baking sheet and bake for 8–12 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  7. Drizzle hot honey over the baked pizza immediately.
  8. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and red pepper flakes, slice, and serve warm.
