Step-by-Step Instructions for Air Fryer Pineapple
  1. Begin by cutting off the crown and base of the large pineapple. Slice it in half lengthwise, then into quarters, removing the tough rind. Cut the pineapple into 1.5-inch wedges, ensuring they are uniform for even cooking.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the pineapple wedges with melted unsalted butter, light brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Toss everything gently until the pineapple pieces are coated.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
