Step-by-Step Instructions for Avocado Brownies
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8-inch baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Drain and rinse the black beans thoroughly. Blend rolled oats until they resemble fine flour if using oats.
  3. In a food processor, combine black beans, blended oats, cocoa powders, salt, maple syrup, mashed avocado, coconut oil, vanilla extract, baking powder, and chocolate chips. Blend until smooth.
  4. Pour the brownie batter into prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly.
