Step-by-Step Instructions
- Prepare the Dough by rolling out your pizza crust on a floured surface until it's about 3/8 inch thick. Cover with a towel and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to about 500°F, then turn the heat down to low for a few minutes to create a crispy base.
- Grill the crust for 2 to 4 minutes until the bottom has beautiful char marks and the top starts to bubble.
- Remove the crust, brush with olive oil, spread pizza sauce, and add mozzarella, bacon, blackberries, and basil. Season with salt and pepper.
- Return the pizza to the grill raw side down. Lower the heat to minimum and cook for 4 to 6 minutes until the cheese is bubbly.
- If needed, move the pizza to indirect heat and cook for an additional 2 to 3 minutes until heated through.

Notes
For best results, use fresh ingredients and pre-cook the bacon until crispy. Store leftovers in an airtight container and reheat in the oven for best texture.
