Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with butter. Cut the white bread into cubes and spread them in the dish.
  2. In a blender, combine melted butter, sweetened condensed milk, whole milk or half and half, eggs, sugar, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour custard mixture over cubed bread and gently press down to soak. Let rest for 5 minutes.
  4. Bake uncover for about 1 hour until golden brown. A toothpick should come out clean.
  5. For the sauce, melt butter in a saucepan, stir in sweetened condensed milk and brown sugar, cooking until bubbly, then add vanilla extract.
  6. After baking, poke holes in the pudding and pour half of the sauce over it. Let cool for 1 hour.
  7. Serve warm, drizzling remaining sauce over each slice.
