- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs until well combined. Add cheese, vegetables, and optional meats.
- Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish. Place cubed bread evenly in the bottom and pour the egg mixture over the bread, pressing down gently.
- Cover the dish tightly with plastic wrap or foil and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, ideally overnight.
