For the Filling
  • 1 jar Seedless Raspberry Jam alternatives include strawberry or blueberry jam

Method
 

Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, blend the softened unsalted butter, all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, and egg using an electric mixer on low speed for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Reserve 1.5 cups of the mixture for topping.
  4. Press the remaining crumb mixture firmly into the bottom of your greased baking dish.
  5. Spread the seedless raspberry jam evenly over the crust.
  6. Crumble the reserved mixture over the raspberry jam layer.
  7. Bake for 30-40 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Allow the bars to cool completely in the pan.
  9. Slice them into squares and serve.
