  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 clove Garlic Minced
  • Salt To taste
  • Fresh Cracked Pepper To taste
  • Red Pepper Flakes To taste
  • 1 Egg For egg wash

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and thaw pastry for 30 minutes; line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine spinach, artichokes, Parmesan, cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface; spread half of the filling evenly over it, leaving a border.
  4. Place another half of the pastry over the filled section, press edges to seal.
  5. Slice into six strips, twisting gently to create spirals.
  6. Beat egg with water and coat the tops of each swirl with the egg wash.
  7. Bake for about 25 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
