Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals until smooth. Pour over caramel layer and spread evenly.
  4. Let bars cool at room temperature for at least 1 hour, then refrigerate for 30 minutes before cutting into squares.
