Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8x8 or 9x9 inch pan with aluminum foil and non-stick spray.
  2. Melt the unsalted butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat until golden brown, about 5 to 10 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the browned butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, cocoa powder, salt, coffee granules, and baking powder.
  4. Stir in the eggs and vanilla extract until well incorporated.
