Preparation Steps
  1. Begin by cooking your lobster meat through boiling or steaming until fully cooked, approximately 8-10 minutes. Cool slightly, then chop into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped lobster with melted butter, chives, dill, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper, and gently fold until well-coated.
  3. Preheat your oven to 350ºF. Brush the inside of each bun with melted butter and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 4-5 minutes until warm and lightly toasted.
  4. Assemble your lobster rolls by scooping the lobster mixture into each bun, letting it overflow slightly. Garnish with extra chopped chives and serve immediately.
