- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9"x5" loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Whisk until evenly blended.
- In a separate bowl, mix the sugar, pumpkin puree, water, oil or almond butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gently pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and fold them together until just combined.
