Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, blend together the softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, minced jalapeños, and garlic until smooth and creamy.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, thoroughly combine the ground turkey, almond flour, minced onion, salt, black pepper, and cumin.
  3. Using a burger press, create a well in half of the turkey mixture. Spoon in the cheese filling, then cover with more turkey mixture and seal tightly.
  4. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Brush the patties with olive oil and grill for about 7-8 minutes per side until cooked through.
  5. Once cooked, remove from the grill and top each burger with crispy bacon. Serve on lettuce wraps.
