  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise Greek yogurt can be a healthier substitute.
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha Adjust quantity to heat preference.

Method
 

Marinate and Cook
  1. In a medium bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and ginger. Coat the flank steak in the marinade and refrigerate for at least 15-30 minutes.
  2. Cook jasmine or white rice according to package instructions, typically simmering for about 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat a grill pan over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes.
  4. Cook the marinated steak for 4-5 minutes per side until medium-rare. Remove from the pan and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Sriracha, and lime juice until smooth. Adjust for spice.
  6. Assemble bowls with rice, sliced steak, spicy cream sauce, and top with green onions.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
