Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8x8-inch baking dish by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, and salt. Mix in the melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared dish.
  4. Mash the raspberries in another bowl and mix with lemon juice and zest.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the raspberry mixture onto the batter and swirl gently.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool for 10 minutes in the pan, then transfer to a wire rack. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
