  2. Carefully coat the salmon fillets with the mango teriyaki marinade, ensuring each piece is fully covered. Allow to marinate for about 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil; allow it to warm for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Lay the marinated salmon fillets skin-side down in the skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes until browned and flaking. Flip and cook another 5-7 minutes until opaque and tender.
